    What did you glaze the turkey with? It sure looks yyyyuuuuuuummmmmmyyyyyy.Better question though,whats in the glass bottle behind the wine,I'm thinking its yyyyyuuuuuummmmmyyyyy too.

      The coating on the turkey (aside from being injected with creole butter)...olive oil, melted butter, a tad of melted brown sugar, sea salt, cracked black pepper, paprika, basil, rosemary, and thyme.

      Inside the turkey it had a white onion, apple, celery, and carrots.

      That bottle is (was) a silver el Patrón tequila...sooooooooo smooth...

              I stupidly didn't take any pictures of my first ever Thanksgiving. D'oh. It sure was delicious and fun though.

                We didn't take pictures, because we were too busy stuffing our faces and chasing my nephew around to keep him from grabbing the Megos and DC 13" figures.

                    I thought it was Patron bottle,didn't want to just assume that it was though,and I agree,very smooth.Man I bet that skin was crispy and tastey why creole butter,or I guess what is creole butter.

                      my nieces started in on a camera war ... so I had to join in also ... we ddint' take any photos of the food ... just a lot of each other making odd faces and those caught off guard looks LOL.

                          It's a buttered sauce I bought online from Louisiana...then I injected it all over the bird...it has a little kick to it...but it's really a mild kick...more like a subliminal tap in your buds...it came out delicious...
