Half way around the block, we ran into the Tin man and Scarecrow. I wanted my wife to dress as Glenda and Morgan, the baby, as a Munchkin, but she wouldn't do it. (She is a fuddy-duddy)
(BTW, I didn't make my costume, its a rental, I just accessorized it with the bow and badge)
I dressed as Spider-Man....picture to follow as soon as I have time to upload. If I had thought of going as Spider-Man sooner, my 7 year old probably would have been Venom but he ended up as one of the 30 or 40 Scream characters you see every year.
I took the kids around and to my surprise just about all the kids below 2nd grade thought I really was Spider-man (even if they had the exact same costume as I had on) so I had to sort of act like a cheezy theme park character for them.
Surprisingly, most of the teenagers liked the costume too. Most either said "cool costume" or started singing "Spider-Man, Spider-Man, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man".

we didn't really wear the complete costumes, just dressed in black with this to the movies but the kids loved it especially when they knocked for candy and they saw my face
Tiger, I love your daughter's little red shoes. I saw some of those at Target, and they're so cool that I almost bought a pair in the hopes that my nephew will someday have a sister. I already told my sister-in-law that she has a Luke, now we need a Leia.
Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?
Great stuff... did you coordinate that with the Tin Man and scarecrow or was that total happenstance?
Just happened to bump into them. Actually, this guy's wife was dressed in a slinky Dorthy costume (she was hot , a little inappropriate for trick or treating, but it made some dad's turn their heads) and their youngest son was the lion.

Chris, great WOZ theme....awesome costumes. It must have taken forever to get that silver makeup and hairspray off.
I am the fatazz in the lion costume!!! I know I am a big guy (6ft, 240lbs) but that lion suit makes me look 340lbs.
