My late dad as a cartoon pirate...

Tim's drawings has influenced me to start posting some stuff as well...

I have been drawing with the mouse for the longest...this is my first Wacom tablet attempt...

My dad, parrot, sea, waves, background seagulls, and land, are original drawings...while the sun, canoe, chest, and wood fire, were taken from Illustrator's Symbols menu...and the ship was imported from another source...all placed together to make a theme.

    Hope you guys like it...

Reminds me of old school cartoon art. I like it! Good work. Keep it up!

I like drawing caricatures...that really looks like my dad...except his features are exaggerated...like caricatures should be, lol.

Fun! There is always a nice relationship to all of the objects in any of your compositions, Hector. From the stuff that you've posted in the past, too, you always seem to get the balance between negative space and object exactly where it should be for the viewer's eye to feel comfortable.
              It's all good!

                That's very cool.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
