So yesterday my son and I out in the car and I have the radio on. I am not a big fan or follower of country music, but this song from Lady Antebellum gets announced and played on the mix station I've got on and it only took me a few seconds to make the connection once the chorus of the song started. Does anyone else hear the same thing or is it just me?

I certainly hear the similarity between Bread's song and the Kenny Rodgers tune. As soon as I read what you wrote I could hear (in my head) exactly what you meant.
