The fight is this Saturday...
Manny will try to further his record of winning in EIGHT different weight divisions...no other boxer has come close to this phenomenal achievement.
The Pacman is way faster than Margarito...he kicks like a ton of brick with both hands...and has proven that he can take a punch in the higher weight categories.
Margarito (former welterweight champion) is infamous for the plaster of Paris hand wrapping...he was suspended from boxing for two years, but now he's allowed to fight again.
The fight has many fight fans in suspense due to the fact that Margarito, will be by far, Manny's biggest opponent to date (some say Margarito might be up to 20 pounds heavier come fight time), and some in the boxing circle predict a Margarito win...most notably famed boxing trainer (and commentator) Tony Atlas...he said on his ESPN 2 boxing show...that Margarito will win by KO in the eleventh round...bold prediction from a well established and respected trainer.
I myself think Margarito is a thug cheating punk, and I would like nothing more that Manny blasting his arse into kingdome come...for Manny truly is one of the nicest guys in boxing.
