I got mine (using the coupon) at Target. Target has a set with a Mego size Buzz Lightyear figure. It costs a bit more than the regular blu ray package (a little over $30)

Figure is nice but it's funny that they made the figure less rounded in the back to fit in the package.

We went the cheap route - $3.99 at CVS for the regular DVD if you buy $25 worth of laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.

For Canadians, the best deal I've found is Zellers. It's $29.99, but you get a $10 Zellers gift card and a Toy Story 3 lunchbox. That plus using the $8.00 off coupon makes it a pretty decent deal.
