It would probably be juvenile and inappropriate for me to mention a person's NAME here, eh??

Just on the off chance that its NOT -

      - Sanaa Lathan
      - Liv Tyler
      - Both of the chicks that played 'furniture' in the film 'The Omega Man'. (Especially the white lady - WOW - that figure and those EYES!! Man I love the 70s!!

Thanks sir! Everyone (well, NEARLY everyone...unfortunately I have had ONE encounter with a fella that I didnt care for - he was tactless and out-right rude...) here has been so great to me!

This really is a great place, as are it's peoples. I look forward to more good times here as well as a FAT trade/business reference stable.

          Take care -

My dream would be to be able to host a show similar to what Elvis Costello does on his show Spectacle. Biggest difference would be that it would be coming from the fans standpoint instead of a musicians standpoint...Music Geekfest.

The radio station I listen to (90.7 WFUV) has also inspired me to possibly go back to school to become a radio DJ. There's a school out here called the Connecticut School of Broadcasting (The one I am looking at is on Long Island) Still have to look further into it. I graduated from 5 Towns College but by the time I graduated the Music Industry took a major downturn for the worst. Music companies aren't interested in building talent...they want instant feedback/money/success...Kinda soured me on the Music Industry as a whole.

If you graduated around the same time that the music industry stopped being interested in building talent and wanted instant returns on their investments, then you must have graduated in the early 1970s!

I LOVE the art of storytelling, the beautiful rhythmic language it speaks and how it touches, triggers, memories...moments...

I would love to translate my passion to Film, Song, or the written word...but somehow it always sounds cliche.

I'm a distant admirer or the art and the artists.

I just don't want to work anymore. I have been buying Lotto tickets to this end. Still waiting for results.

Are you talking about one of those "flying squirrel suits"? I know someone at work who does this along with a lot of sky diving. He told me that the flying suit thing is a major, major adrenaline rush but definitely said you should get a lot of sky diving jumps in before you even attempt something like this. He said it's definitely a cool feeling to be cruising through the air horizontally.

Radio ain't what she used to but if you do wanna go that route I'll be glad to share with you some tips and tricks that I've picked up over the years. It's a lot of old school philosophy and formulas but they still work wonderfully when applied. PM and I'll work out a "lesson plan" for ya.

My wife retires next year, leaving us free to roam the planet, money and health permitting.
If possible, we'd like to work as international volunteers, helping out at animal sanctuaries, or just helping out people in need. If we can find something like that, providing us with room, board and maybe medical costs, then we're off, hopefully never to return to dreary old Belgium.
Don't worry, we'll send post cards...
