that one is just funny ... my grandma had glasses like those I was like cool pretty styling for back then. the camera is of the time also. my photography teacher has a whole wall display of cameras from over the past 100 years, you'd be shocked at how modern some from back then look ... and how old some from just 30 years ago look. the shirt ... no clue but that sweater sure is spiffy
as for the man woman with the "cel phone" ... it was taking place at a circus in the movie ... who knows what they were doing .... but I'm more than sure it's not a time traveller.
A thing to remember is that we're use to the idea of seeing a set where people are filming and everyone is trying to keep very quiet - it wasn't like that in the silent film era. People were yelling directions at each other and there was no reason to be quiet - because they weren't recording sound.
No one will know for sure - but it looks to me like she/he is talking to someone off camera and trying to cover his/her mouth.

"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
