I was watching welcome back kotter season 1 episode 5 the great debate and realized james wood was the theatre teacher on this episode was this way way before he become the icon he is today was he a nodody at this point in his career ?????????

Woods had already done quite a bit of Broadway theater and a few films before 1975 which I believe was the first year of WBK.
