    Lesnar vs Velasquez

Anyone else getting geared up to watch these 2 big boys clash?
Lesnar is a beast, especially on the ground but Velasquez throws every punch with bad intentions. Should be a good one!

I'm looking forward to it. The other weights have been somewhat disappointing recently, and I really need to see two guys that may be equally matched go for it.

Lesnar is going eat Velasquez alive. This isn't even a fight... I'm looking forward to it as well, but I'm not gonna reach for my drink or popcorn, because this one's gonna be over in the blink of an eye.

Velasquez is pretty tough...but way too small for the beast Lesnar.

Having said that...I'm going to try and watch it...

I read the title wrong. I was thinking of Vasquez from Aliens. She'd mop the floor with Lesnar.

I hate UFC... Lesnar should stop playing around and come back to the WWF.

I have reassessed my prediction after further study.

The first two to three rounds will easily belong to Lesnar...during these early rounds...and perhaps even in the first...Lesnar will maul Velasquez...and probably submit him.

However, Velasquez, while much smaller (yet a two-time All-American wrestler at ASU himself,), has superior stamina (superb cardio in fact)...he will just not get tired. He's also a better striker than Lesnar.

So if the fight goes beyond, and into the fifth and final round...Lesnar will gas out...and Velasquez will have a great chance at an upset.

                            That's how I picture this...

For the most part I agree. But I see Lesnar out of gas late in the 2nd to early 3rd to do any real damage. Overall its a very tough fight to pick. The feeling is Lesnar subs him in 1 or 2, yet Cain knows the ground and how to get back on his feet. I cant afford the PPV, so keep me updated.
