this guy and his wife are off their rocker....just goes to show, the guy never had any acting talent, he was just being himself playing all those nutty characters....it will probably come out that they are heavily into some drug or other

He's been arrested in Canada based on the arrest warrants issued in the US. Canada and the US have an extradition Treaty that allows for arrests to be made on behalf of warrants issued in the neighbouring country.
The Quaids can whine all they like and make bogus claims of refugee status but as soon as the paperwork is complete they'll be going home to face the judge.

I can't comment on American justice. I do know that he won't get refugee status up here. If he does then our refugee system has to be scrapped.
