i'll run a race in costume (i made a captain america one for this year.)
unfortunately, i have a foot injury that will prebent me from racing but i will still run at a leisurely pace

we hit 2 rec centers for the halloween parties.

i will be at High Ball -the rockinest halloween party- in columbus all night oct 30.

trick or treating with family as Wiz Oz characters (i'm scarecrow)

maybe hit a bar for a costume contest too.

I usually have a party, but since my baby was born on Halloween last year, it's his day now we're having a huge 1st b-day party for him on the 30th and then heading to Walt Disney world for mickey's not so scary Halloween party

the days of Halloween Horror nights seem to be over for a while

I'm just gonna watch spooky B movies and greet Trick-or-treaters, (what there is of them), like every year.

B movies sound great , I collect cult films and old long forgotten 70s slashers
Well in Scotland we hardly get any Trick or Treaters as its no longer the world it was ......:( when I was a kid it was safe to go out not so any more :(

Since Halloween falls on a weekend this year, the party with my college friends is the weekend after to accomodate our Pagan brethern. There's one up here with my husband's coworkers(some of whom I'm good friends with) on the 30th, also. I'll be going to both of those events in costume, which I'm working very hard at. On the actual night of Halloween, we'll be here, watching the various movie marathons until the debut of "Walking Dead." I don't know what night Trick-or-Treat will be held this year, so that will decide if we hand out candy or not. Last year, I stood outside in my Jedi robes, but they kids only saw me when my lightsaber was lit. There aren't a lot of houses on my end of the block, so it's always debatable whether they'll come down this way or not.

Hubby and I always host a big Halloween Egg Haunt. We take 5,000 toy-filled black and orange plastic eggs and scatter them out on our half mile grass airstrip. Guests arrive just before dark with their collection bags and flashlights. There are two pastel eggs that can be exchanged for goody bags filled with candy, cookies, gift cards, etc. After rain on our chosen date the last few years, I moved it up to this Saturday with next Saturday as a rain date.

I'll be working this Halloween weekend. So after work I'll relax and watch some scary movies. Karen I'd dig seeing some pics of your previous years Halloween party.
