I'll add Jackson 5, The Osmonds, The Brady Kids and the Harlem Globetrotters in there too.

And did you know that Mission: Magic w/ Rick Springfield was a spin-off of The Brady Kids? Miss Tickle the teacher in MM made a guest appearance on the episode "Teacher's Pet". The following season, Mission: Magic started and Miss Tickle and Rick Springfield had a cartoon of their own.

                  Tigersharks.

Kind of like Thundercats and Silverhawks but with sharks.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

That's cool... both FILMATION I guess? (I love "spin off trivia")
I have a vague recollection of Springfield's cartoon, but I remember the
BRADY show a lot more... I'll have to check Rick's cartoon out these days if possible.

Devlin, Go Go Gophers, Groovie Ghoilies and (of course) Emergency + 4.

The last three are almost never seen anylonger.

One of my all time faves...

Ogon Batto aka Ogon Bat...officially considered Japan's first superhero (1930)...

...and in most of Latin America...it was known as Fantasmagórico...

Opening sequence from the 67-68 animated show:

                          http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9ef0...eature=related

The show was widely popular in Mexico...but I've never seen it played in the USA.

Man...I never seen Sonny Chiba's take on it (live action)...I want to now...

                          More on Ogon Bat...

Well, not obscure, but my log on name says it all

I always liked Valley of the Dinosaurs a lot. The other one that I always liked was Goober and the Ghost Chasers.
                            It's all good!

Regardless of it being a blatant Scooby Doo ripoff, this is one of my favorite cartoons of all time...

                                Other good obscure cartoons:
