A Newer New 'The Munsters'

The fact that I won't see a Munsters movie filled with fart jokes makes me smile.

LOL! They're act like baby thing, pretty bored but great for the kids enjoying to watching it.

Personally, I'm against this (of course, I always am), but if they really wanna cast someone for Herman Munster, it should be Brad Garrett.

Who's Brad Garrett? I would like to see pic of him with and without make up.

The Munsters worked for the 60's, but only managed two years and a few cheese puff movies. It would be fun to see, but I know it won't satisfy today's audience. Plus it would have to be in B&W and carry the same makeups as the original...not likely to happen. Many forget this was remade into a series once before and was terrible. Entitled "Munsters today"... Here's the HORRID opening

Pretty good. That boy and Mother has no pal skin make up like Grandpa's and the new Herman's make up look kinda blue to me.

The Everybody Loves Raymond guy would make a pretty good Herman.

I remember like that new The Munsters came out in the 90's. The 2nd Herman acts and look strange through.

Is there brand new TV series for The Munsters this year? What they're look like? Hope new one is better than 90's!

I like Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy) that fits perfect for Herman!

Never saw the Munsters Today, but it reminds me of the quickie, Canadian made New Addams Family. They shot something like 3 episodes a week, and filmed all 65 in one long run. Kinda crappy, but eerily familiar to the original.

That was the one John Astin would pop up on from time to time,right? I thought it was different because they tried to combine the original series with the movies.

Brad Garrett is the only one with the comedic timing and skills to pull it off....unless they're gonna resurrect Fred Gwynne this will be a train wreck........
