    Museum pet thread

Took some updated pictures of my Puppy today. She is now 7 months old and up to 25 pounds.

We are working on being a disc dog. Hopefully in a few months I can post a video of her catching one.

      "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn"

In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.

Ah, I don't really know dogs well, with two young children, I don't see pets in my near future.

Think Marmaduke for a Great Dane.

Mitch, I heard that Border Collies have a tendency to bite at your heels because of their herding instinct.

I have been interested in a Border Collie but this trait was not one I thought was not appealing.

We have a 3 year old Golden Retriever. They are great dogs but they have a tendency to be hyper which can be overwhelming for a dog that weighs about 90 lbs.

They are hearding dogs, and she has a strong hearding sense. The cats are viewed as sheep, and if the kids start running through the yard, she wants to try and heard them as well. But we have not had any nipping.

Just wait till they hit 6 or 7. Then you'll get pets

Mao. She was hanging around the parking lot of this crappy apartment complex I used to live in down in Fl about 10 years ago. She adopted me, and before I knew it I had taken her to the vet and gotten her all doctored up, making it official.

Lucky. Got her last December from a shelter here in Baltimore. If she finds any semi-enclosed volume of space that will hold a cat, she will climb in and curl up. Thankfully I've only found her lying around in her litter box this one time... stupid cat.
