Great interview Jim. Sandy I picked up Batman Dead End on dvd at a sci fi convention a few years back and I still pull it out and watch it with friends and family a couple of times a year. I cant wait to see Hunter Prey it looks really great.

It was very... "Spielbergian". It was not written as funny or Green Hornet style at all, but it had funny moments and was very heartfelt. it was kinda like ET with a superhero. I absolutely LOVED it. If you search hard enough, I was interviewed on several film websites, and go on and on about it. Try searching "Sandy Collora Shazam goldman script" or something like that, on google. I really wanted to do it, but unfortunately, it was not meant to be.

I'm actually more excited about you doing The Creature From the Black Lagoon than Shazam

Very nice fellas! Looking forward to catching Hunter Prey when it comes out.

WILLIAM GOLDMAN's Shazam script! That would have been terrific. I'm a fan of Goldman's work, and imagine a Big Red Cheese script by him would be perfect if it walked that "Princess Bride" line between action and whimsy.
