    Awesome 1970's grocery store scenes.

I always love it when I find 1970's movies that film inside real grocery stores. And one of the longest sequences I have found is this sequence where Tim Conway and Tom Bosley chase a ornery runaway donkey all over a 1970's grocery store in the Disney movie "Gus".

I uploaded it. It was in HD on the Hallmark movie channel and more stuff could be seen clearly. I added notations to point some things out.

That was pretty cool. Loved seeing my old faves whiz by, Doritos, Bundt Cake, lunchboxes, Shasta, Frosted Flakes! Thanks for sharing, Mike.

I love how people run in comedies.

I just bought an old box of Dixie cups for its nostalgic value (the ones with the magic tricks on the them). And I loved seeing the old Doritos bag. I had completely forgotten it.

I forgot about Laura Scudder's potato chips--seeing those bags of chips brought back a flood of memories....

For me it was the red label and blue label Cheetoes. I had forgotten about that. Red was crunchy and blue was puffed.
            It's all good!

Great stuff Mike! So strange how many logos and such are still exactly the same as well! Stuff like Stove Top, Gold Medal, Ritz all look identical today!

                Nice clip

BTW, Gus was the first Disney flick I didn't like.
