If he wasn't too old (which he is) I bet Tim Curry could play a good Freddie Mercury

I'm going to jump in and bail you out, Mikey. We'd just been discussing transvestites earlier in the thread, and Curry played one in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, causing the confusion. It's TorgosPizza with an assist, and it's good!
I'd go with Marilyn, or even better gene splice the two and get Jane Russell.Comment

Marilyn Monroe was really special. She was the prototypical blonde bombshell, but there was an undercurrent of innocence and sadness about her that gave her performances weight and poignancy. You can see it on the screen. And it wasn't contrived, she exuded it naturally.
But I have to agree with Hector: Audrey Hepburn is my favorite as well. Audrey Hepburn was beautiful the way that remembered sunsets are, and looking at her fills me with the desire to live a good life.
Megan Fox makes me think of cigarette butts and throw-up.Comment

Maybe it's all the "talk" that's gone on about Marilyn's sordid past...
some "true" some "fabricated" (for whatever motivations) that has
made me feel Marilyn is a bit of a dud... a dud and a "fake" what
with that "baby voice" she incorporated into her more iconic performances
as her take on what was "sexy"....
but, in the end it comes down to "looks"....
I just find Marilyn pretty "meh" compared to the hot young actresses
of modern day such as Fox...
I'm actually not a fan of Fox's in any way... but when I enter a thread like
this and see all of this "favor" towards an antique icon that I find
non-stimulating, well, I can't help but speak for the other side."No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment
