It depends on the weight, size of box,and distenation. But it can go from $30 to $50 bucks pending on what you have. Best thing to do is get his info and whatever you are gonna sell to him box it with its contents and get a true estimate and insurance for post office. You and him can work out the shipping and insurance so both can be safe and on the same page. -

We ship vintage Kawasaki parts all over the world. Even had something go to Mongolia!
We have seen listings where sellers refuse to ship to Italy. So far we have not had any problems shipping there. We ship via USPS Priority International and use the flat rate envelope whenever we can. I believe it's $13 anywhere in the world as long as it is 4 pounds or under. We have stuffed quite a few parts in those envelopes. I even got a complete set of rear sets in one once and they made it to Australia without a problem. Larger and heavier items can get costly. A set of three pipes (expansion chambers) can run around $100-125 to ship. We recently had an older 1970's seat listed that was $75 to ship internationally.
The 8" MEGO figures would easily make it into the flat rate envelope. Just insure properly and NEVER put a detailed description on the customs forms. We usually just put "used motorcycle parts" as we have been told that if the postal worker in the country it arrives in thinks it has value it may "disappear". Also never lie about the value to try and get around VAT or other type of import taxes because that is the value you will get if insured. It's not worth it.
Some of our best customers are in Japan! They are great buyers! There is something cool about a part that was made in Japan, shipped over here in the 1970s, sits on a dealers shelf for decades, I buy it for $250 (a brake caliper), and it sells on eBay for $750 and gets shipped back to it's country of origin. I refer to this as a giant babysitting fee.
And as much of a pain as PayPal can be, they do make shipping internationally very easy. We do it all from here at home.

Shipping to 3 countries is a nightmare...because they open the packages sometimes before they get to their destination...Italy, Germany, and France. The only thing I would suggest so that it's trackable is Global Express or Priority Express. Shipping is about 25 on the low end and more depending on weight....but you can track the package. Hope that helps."When not too many people can see we're all the same

Their eyes can't hope to see
The beauty that surrounds them
Isn't it a pity".

I'm afraid to ship to Italy to be honest, ... I weigh into the idea of, I really don't want to either, everytime I read a post here about it.... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.
