The only downside to finding money in the street is now you are conditioned to look at that spot every time you go past it, and you will feel so so empty when there is nothing there. Its a strange feeling. We found a 20 dollar bill heading into the grocery last year and now when we go I drag my down that same aisle in the parking lot hoping to score another one.Congrats on your find, and I hope more find there way to you.

I love finding money! I found $10 in the ocean once, and found $40 (2 20s) in front of Baskin Robbins at about 6:55 AM. Looked around to see if someone was missing it, they weren't so it was MINE all MINE!"Do you believe, you believe in magic?

Nice find Zemo! When I was a kid I used to find money quite a bit. Not very often anymore.
I do remember finding a $50 bill right before my son was born. I wasn't sure how I would be able to buy a crib and the $50 bought us a nice, used crib for him. My higher power helped me out on that one.

Very cool, Z man...
My biggest money find was a $50 bill about 20 years ago...what an awesome feeling...
Having said that...I once found a wallet with $175 inside...I returned it...I considered that stealing, had I kept it...the person was elated...and offered me $25 as a reward...that felt good.
But stand alone money in the street? That's a green light, baby...

My gf and I was at Steak and Shake yesterday for lunch. She told me that she seen some money on the floor underneath a table. I turned around and looked and it was a dollar. I told her that it was probably the tip money that fell off the table. I left it there for the waitress to pick it up. Of course there was already tip money on the table as well. I still left it though.
For a second there I thought my gf was going to dive for it.I guess some times she is still in her exotic dancer mode when it comes to seeing money laying around "on stage".
