Vinnie leaves OCC

I know Mitch probably knows this, but Vinnie is no longer at OCC. Too bad for OCC. He and Rick are the only sane ones there, and honestly I'm not sure how good the show's gonna be without him.

I haven't watched the show in a while, but I'd love to see a show with Vinnie

I saw that too. Rumor is Cody has left too.

The conspiracy is that they are going to setup a new chopper shop, and TLC will run a show about them. This is like that lady that left Miami Ink and they did a show on her LA Ink.

Anyway I feel for Vinnie. Like he said hes been there for 5 years and he is at the same position he was in from day 1. He was the work horse at OCC, and kept taking on more and more responsibility. So it will be interesting to see how OCC will replace him.

Oh well maybe now they'll pay more attention to there employees instead of always screaming and fighting

Too bad . . . Vinnie was the most likeable guy on that show. Funny, I haven't watched it for about a year, turned it on last night and saw this. I guess it was a surprise of sorts. It looked like Sr. wasn't too thrilled about it. That's the way it is when you work for a "family" business. If you're not family, you usually do the heavy lifting and don't get any benefits. I put up with this for about 7 years and finally left . . . best thing I ever did. It seemed like Vinnie was always the one putting in the x-tra time to finish up a bike.

I get the feeling that this is really going to hurt them. From the looks of the show, Vinnie and Rick have been the ones who do most of the work, and Cody's stepped right up, too. It's really surprising to hear that Cody might be gone, too - Paul Sr. always seemed to really like him.

The show's really going to be interesting now to see what they do. On the other hand, Vinny should be able to write his own ticket anywhere he goes. If it's true that he's starting his own shop, I'm looking forward to seeing how that goes for him.

I've felt that the show's been on a downward spiral for a while now. When every 3 episodes or so I saw them making a bike, but on some vacation or live event the rest of the time... I think the show lost something there. Tuttle disfunction only goes so far for me. Seriously can you imagine working at OCC with those people? From what I know of the guy, Vinnie knows more than just bikes, so it could be interesting to see what kind of show they could do with him.

Aw man, for real? That sucks. If it wasn't for Vinnie probably half the bikes wouldn't be done in time.

This may be a turning point for OCC. The Teutles have lost sight of their roots. They have went from humble bike builders to mega stars. They even have their own OCC helicopter they sue to fly around in. I'm not saying thats bad, but JR and SR are not getting their hands as dirty as they used to. They need to get back to their roots and remember that OCC needs them to lead the company.

From last nights show part of Vinnies frustration was everyone was goofing off, and no one was supervising. In the old days SR would have been on the goof offs like stink on a monkey.

I'm still a fan and one day I hope to have enough cash to go and buy a splitback from OCC $38,000.00. I'm also hoping to get back to NY to visit their new shop next summer. I got to go and visit Rock Creek last June and I had a blast, I even had Paul SR drive past me in his Hummer. While we were driving around this little silver sports car pulled out in front of us and went down the road at a incredible rate of speed. I have a strong suspicion that was JR driving.
