1 Knorr or Lipton dried vegetable mix packet (Knorr has recipe on back)
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
16 oz sour cream
1 cup mayo
Cook spinach and drain really well.
Mix everything together and chill overnight (so dried veggie pieces from packet has time to soften)
And that's it

If I don't get mine at Kroger I get the envelopes at Aldi's that are like the ones you get onion soup in. Getting hard to find pumpernickle bread around here though. Only place that has them is Wal-Mart and they've only got them in sub rolls.Comment

You had me until I saw sour cream in the ingredients
I do like Spinach and artichoke dips at restaurants, so maybe you don't really taste the sour cream? I just don't like it by itself or on nachos.It's all good!Comment
