I can't stand sugary cereals.

I'm strictly a plain Corn Flakes and Cheerios man....I do love to add fruit though...like sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, etc...that's the kinda sugar I prefer.

Oh, and either 1% or 2% milk...I don't like full milk...I just got used to the other ones over the years.

No, I'm not a health nut, I'm big and fat...but that's how I roll...
