    Do you collect trading cards?

Besides MM and PlaidStallion cards? I don't mean the role play gaming type, just trading cards. I have a LOT!

6 series of Star Trek cards
    SMDM
    Incredible Hulk
Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen (complete set)
    2 series of Charlie's Angels
    3 series of Wacky Packs
    Saved By The Bell
    Beverly Hills 90210
    2 series of POTA
    Michael Jackson
    Wonder Bread cloth stickers
various wax packs (Mork & Mindy, E.T., Star Trek TMP, Wacky Packages)

And maybe others I'm forgetting, but not many.

    What do you collect?
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

I collect Superman cards. Mostly the movies (Supergirl counts too) but I do have a nice collection of comic related ones, and a set of the British Candy cards.

My husband Jim (who keeps threatening to join the museum under the name of "Headless Ponch" after seeing that episode of Robot Chicken) collects Star Wars (original trilogy), SMDM, POTA, KISS, 66 Batman, and pretty much everything inbetween.

Between the two of us, we have alot of card binders. We buy the kind that zipper up because he's anal about dust.

I have been collecting trading cards since the mid 70's and have so many binders full of sets and such like i can barely get to the bed as they are all stored in the bedroom.
I collect all sorts of themes but focus a lot on the promo cards which are released to promote all the sets that come out, i have many binders of these.

If you are really intrested in trading cards you may be glad to know that there is a website and forum just like this one, the owners of the forum also produce a magazine every two months.

Here is the link, go take a look and when you get there we will make you most welcome.

I used to collect Star Wars cards...but I have since sold them.

I still have a complete set of Loony Tunes baseball...and Marvel characters.

          That's about it.

Shockingly no Superman or Star Trek.

My favorite set was my Star Trek 1976 set.

I sold it off a few years ago.

When I was a kid I collected some. I don't actively seek them out anymore unless something sparks my interest. For example, I won a lot with some Mego apes and an incomplete set of Topps POTA TV cards. I never collected that series as a kid but I found the rest of the cards over the past year to complete that set.
I also picked up a full set (yeah, not as much fun but less headache, LOL) of Grease second series on ebay. I didn't even remember there being a second Grease series back then. I did collect the first (pink border) set and still need quite a few.
My passion back in the day was Charlie's Angels and Star Wars although I don't have complete sets of all the series.
Now last week i finally found my stash of old cards so I'll most likely have a rekindled interest in filling some holes till I get distracted by something else again.

I have my original Charlie's Angels trading cards from the 70s. And some various 70s wacky pack stickers but I never collected any others.

I thought about picking up the 70s Planet of the Apes cards, but just never pulled the trigger.

                      This talk reminds me .....
Back in like 1978-ish my local unclaimed freight store was selling unopened full boxes of Star Wars cards for a dollar a box.
My sister bought me like 20 boxes

I had those things scattered everywhere and the stickers were plastered on everthing

                      Wish I still had them.

i started collecting cards with star wars yellow series. then superman series 1, star wars green, empires strikes back blue and red series. i collected a ton of other stuff during thst era but soratically. skip 20 years - i collected a bunch of DC and Marvel stuff - usually buying whole boxes on clearance.
now, i try to sell them off. the only ones i'm interested in keep are star wars yellow series. then superman series 1, star wars green, empires strikes back blue and red series.
