This is just as bad as Eli Mannings bloody kotex head gash scene!!! Sorry AJ..... I will even talk about my on team. But yeah its pre season and but it will get better!
How about those darn Cowboy haters? Playing scrubs in pre-season and I'm suppose to be worried after one of their best years in 2009? You don't come into any preseason game with a game plan for that team. It's basic offense with little or no signs of strategy versus basic defense. BTW check the 2006 Colts when they went 1-3 in preseason and won the Superbowl.
Yeah, never put to much stock in preseason games. Teams approach them differently. They may be trying out new plays, new defensive schemes , etc. The Colts always suck in preseason, then go on to win 12 games. Don't know about this year. A lot of changes in the organization. They're still probably a playoff team though. Also, I will say that the Texans are definitely on the up and just missed the playoffs last year. Could be a contender.

We are of the same mind on this, apparently.
I'd love to the see the Texans be a contender, but with this being pre-season, it's hard to tell.
It might be some kind of indicator one way or the other (historically, you can't judge a season by a pre-season). Since it didn't count, I'd say the smart money is still on Dallas to be pretty good and the celebration of their demise to be premature. However, they still have a huge gap in playoff performance to overcome.
Point being...Dallas may suck this season and last night's performance (or the whole crappy performance of the 1st Team Offense throughout the pre-season for that matter) might be some indication, but until it is an official game, it means nothing one way or the other.

No it doesn't .
But at home, you atleast want to see your boy's 1st string show up to actually play ball a bit ..., not get shut out into the 3rd freak'in Quarter 0-20 Still with your 1st string in there ..., with only 8 rush yrds. I think that's the point.

I remember the Cowboys had an awful dress rehearsal in 2007 against the Texans. Cowboys ended up going 13-3 and the Texans didn't make the playoffs. Cowboys are a team with a losing preseason record and a winning regular season record. Cowboy fans who are worried just need to chill. I noticed in that game the D never blitzed at all. Played very soft. The offense needs to execute but they'll be ready by real game time. For the Steelers fans rejoicing over an aimless preseason game, please note the bigger issues you boys have in your OWN backfield. Gee isn't your warped QB out a few games for seducing underage girls? Yeah! Proud organization there.
