To everybody who bought from me lately...

I have had a serious problem with paypal and can't access any of my money! I can't ship anything or pay my bills or anything.

I got a payment from somebody here and paypal stopped all access to my money. I'm trying to get it straightened out as quick as possible. I can't ship anything until they release the funds to me and then take a few days to get the money into my bank account. I've been with paypal for six years and am in the "top customer" category. I tried to transfer $300 to my bank account and it was rejected! I took pictures so nobody has to think I'm a liar and scamming them!

The same day this happened, I found out I've been riding my scooter illegally for sixteen months!! The only reason I bought it was because they advertised it as not needing a motorcycle endorsement! I NEVER would have bought a 50cc scooter otherwise! I would have bought a real motorcycle! So now I can't ride it anymore because I got warned and the ticket is $720.00. I also live four and a half blocks from the police station in the little town I've lived in for pretty much the last twenty years. I also have no money to be riding public transportation, so things are really sucking for me right now.
They still have them advertised as "no endorsement req'd".

Nobody is getting ripped-off, and you'll all get your stuff as soon as I get this mess fixed.
    Thanks for understanding.

      Keep on keepin' on.

and get rid of the scooter. 50cc, you really might as well be riding on a nice bicycle. Probably faster and keeps you in shape.

I'm going to talk to the owner of the dealership in the morning and see if he wants to trade me straight across for a bigger bike, or get put on the news for false advertising and telling all the owners they don't need their endorsements. So we have (according to the salesman I talked to) hundreds of non-endorsed motorcycle riders in my area. If he doesn't make me happy I might end up on the news telling my story...and suing him.

              Sorry about the paypal.

You need to also make sure that a 50 CC scoot is street legal where you live? In Tennessee 125CC is the bare minumum to be on the road legally.

Getting your motorcycle license should be no problem. If you can ride your scoot you can pass the test

My account was "hacked" last week as well. They reversed the transaction and got my access back pretty fast. Call them it will go way faster for you.

Lonnie, Don't feel too bad. The same thing that happened to you and John also happend to me while I was away on one of my excursions. I had not idea until I went to log in to my PayPal account for the first time in a long time.

I have called Pain Pal about three times. I sent them the required documentation and did everything I could to appease them. I was told that I have to deal with Experian now and in order to do that I guess I have to order a freaking credit report from them. Talk about a cluster!

My account is still limited access like yours. I can receive money, but not send any. Makes a lot of sense doesn't it. Like I am going to sell stuff and continue to take PayPal while I can't use the money that I take in. WRONG!!

So far now it is stricly been dealing with monkey odors for me as much as I hate doing so. A lot of sellers will not even take those. They want their money now and I cannot say that I really can blame them.

Best of luck Lonnie and John!

Like I have said time and time again. If it has tires or if it is ran by eBay sooner or later you WILL have problems. Guaranteed!

A 50CC scooter is street legal but you need to meet the motorcycle requirements in Oregon.
My friend built a 50CC NOS Beach Cruiser and was riding it around since he was told that it's okay, no need to register it. Well, he got pulled over and was told otherwise.
I think the laws have recently changed down there from my understanding.

                    Return it!

Lonnie, all I ask is that you keep your customers posted regularly on this. I understand everyone wanting to be supportive in this thread, but it's a little different when your one of the ones waiting on an item, and I'm still very concerned about this whole situation. It would also be nice if you would clean out your inbox so at the very least people could contact you.

I agree, and make your PayPal issue a priority so you can get the funds you need to take care of business please.

That looks fishy and I don't mean you personally, I mean the Paypal page you posted. Hopefully you didn't get scammed as the resolution center doesn't contain a "steps to remove limitations" tab or link. I just checked. Now I have not had my account frozen so maybe that's why it doesn't appear on the page but it is always better to be safe the sorry.

If you received an email then clicked on the link to go to the Paypal site then it is most likely a scam.

                          As has been mentioned you should call them ASAP. Here is the phone number and hours they are there;

                          1-888-221-1161

6:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM Pacific Time Saturday and Sunday

                          I hope this helps.

Still no access to funds. I'm waiting for some sort of decision. I'm a verified customer and am in the "top customer" program. So W.T.F???? Paypal SUCKS!!!!!!
