I don't remember the name of it, but it was a made for TV movie w/ Michael Keaton and he was a cancer patient trying all these different treatments. One day he goes back to the house he grew up in, reaches in a hole in the side of the house and pulls out a 12" GIJoe in uniform and parachute and throws it into the air. The look of joy on his face as it floated down was priceless.

                        Silence of the Lambs.
Fuzzy head Joe is sitting on the window sill when the glass breaks in the final showdown scene.

Maybe someone already mentioned this and I missed it, but "Free Enterprise" features several Megos and one of them (a carded Isis) is even the subject of a scene (a guy bought a carded Isis instead of paying his rent).

"Creepshow" had several vintage monster toys in the opening sequence. I believe Amtoy's My Pet Monster has cameo appearances in both "The Monster Squad" and "Adventures in Babysitting".

Nothing beats X-Tro though, turned a generation off Action Man dolls.
