    Hurricane Impact windows

Holy crap!! the wife and I just agreed to put these on the whole house since we live in Miami(Hurricane central) and finance it with Home depot, it came out to a whopping $16K but there's no better feeling then knowing your family will be safe from storms and anyone who tries to break in thru the back

Are you close to water, where you have to worry about flooding too ?

the windows would've been about $9K i think, the total came out to $24k but with the special promotion they are having now it went down to $16K so you should get the free estimate now, w/e price they give you now will be locked in so they can't change it later(But that's only if you get the estimate now )

That $16k was a great investment.

We had our house earthquake retrofitted (and the foundation strengthened)...worth every penny...
