by age a 66 is an antique car but always check the DMV for requirements. Antuque cars are usually excmpt from emissions and even safety inspection requirements, but in some state is the car has a title brand it's not eligible for classic or antique registration even if the car has that registration in another state (I got burned with my 76 torino that way so in PA it actually has to pass safety and emission) and the car may have to be in "showable" condition befre you can get the exemption status registration

also usually there are restrictions for how much driving you can do with classic or antique plated cars (but the insurance is usally much cheaper)

Dude...get it...these cars don't depreciate...plus you get compliments and looks all the time...they are easy to work on (and pretty reliable)...plus no emission tests either (well, in California at least)...and last...but certainly not least...Zemo's is offering it at a fantastic price...considering all the restoration Zemo is doing...and there will be absolute guarantee of NO rust...AND with a fresh coat of paint...how can you beat that....you cannot...

What did you coat the floor interior with? Looks great so far.

Thanks. Just sanding dust, It was painted with black satin like the engine compartment. It will clean up.

Well this is the latest I'm working on. It's going to be sweet driver it's a 66 coupe with a 302 4v and a 4 speed. This motor runs like a watch. Have all the body work done and painting around the front and back windows, also dash and door edges. Seats are already recovered with deluxe pony interior. Just set the motor in today. This one will be for sale.
