I saw something about this on tv this morning just before I left for work. They had a couple of psychiatrists on there and both agreed that he is definitely suffering from mental illness but one suggested that his past and possible present alcohol abuse could also have also caused some issues with his brain.

Interesting enough, they also thought that Mel's girlfriend was acting in a passive aggressive manner during the phone conversation in their opinion. Even though she didn't raise her voice, they said she knew what buttons to push and was pushing them.

I didn't hear the entire conversation.

He needs to get rid of the young super models and get a poor chubby woman about his age.

Somebody that will cook for him, tell him he's great and agree with whatever he says.

Young super models will only do that for so long.

I think she might be part to blame by messing with his head.

The recording I heard didn't really sound like Mel, it sounded more like someone trying to do Mel's voice. Also Oksana sounded like she was reading from a script.

I am going to say I think the tape is fake. That being said if it is not, Mel really needs to get some help soon whether it's rehab or therapy.

Yeah a 3rd tape was out this morning and something about her voice doesn't sound right....His voice has that "telephone crackle" to it and her voice sounds like it was added later with a scripted read

I agree...., Topped with the Celebrity factor, I think it has become too much for him to handle. I have liked just about every Movie I've ever scene the Dude in ...., I can't help but feel sorry for him in some ways, because of the constant Entertainment he has given me.

If he financed a good movie that people wanted to see (and he starred) people would flock to the theatre.

As for super models - have you seen this woman? She's not. She's a russian nutjob who's wrecked a handful of lives before his. She's Octomom crazy. He left his wife of twenty years and seven kids, ended up with her and now he knows he's totally f'd everything up.

I don't like what she did, it's been a set-up from the moment she met him, everybody knew that about her, but if this wasn't exposed he was going to end up like his old man, a full-out recluse.
