    Non Mego Childhood find

Visited my parents last week. My mom mentions there were some boxes in the Garage I should look through.

I found my Tinkertoys and Lincoln Logs (Dated 1971) The cool part is I still have the instructions with both sets, so my Daughter and I can sit down and build all the cool stuff.

Think B.A. Where did you hide the Megos?

My family has moved around too much, so there aren't any "childhood boxes" to go through. Count yourself lucky Mitch. And have fun playing!

I guess I am the lucky child in the family. My brother got the honor of being the Airforce Brat. He never got to go to the same school twice.

After I came along Dad retired and they have lived inthe same house for 30+ years. So my childhood stuff has managed to survive intact.

The key is just uncovering it. I know my Megos are in that house somewhere, its just finding them.

              Wow...I wish!!!!!!

Too many sad stories about moving during childhood to explain why this will probably never happen for me...but I'm thrilled for you!

              Congrats!

Yeah Mitch, I wouldn't be able to rest knowing there were Megos laying around waiting to be found...not to mention the other fun discoveries you might have whilst looking for them.
