    Young@Heart

I missed my chance to see them live this weekend at Just for Laughs.

The documentary film was a great deal of fun.

Loved this version of the Coldplay song...

It's a shame that they play comedy clubs instead of bars/rock clubs,
but I guess you take gigs where you can get them.

Even though it was part of the Comedy Festival, they actually played Roy Thompson Hall, Toronto's top venue for symphonic and choral arts (although Massey Hall has better acoustics, it lacks the upscale ambiance). Tickets weren't cheap either!

In the documentary, they are seen to sell out concert halls, but it looks like they play lots of different venues, including prison yards.

Anywhere except comedy clubs gives me a better feeling.
IMHO these people are rocking plain and simple...i get the whole
"Look at old people rock...ha-ha." aspect of it... I just'd prefer to focus on the other aspects... thanks for the info on the Comedy Festival show and
          their other venue exploits.

The vantage point of the footage is crappy, but I found this awesome vid of them doing the Talking Head's Heaven with David Byrne himself!
