i agree its very difficult to pick just 1 thing...

as much i agree with trying to stop the terrorist attacks and grabbing some megos and putting on some lotto bets... theres only 1 thing for me its quite simple

if it was just 1 time oppertunity id go back 7 years and catch my bro while he had a epileptic fit in the shower before he fell and broke his neck, we would not have had to go through 6 months of pain watching him waste away while he lay there paralized from the neck down for 6 months before he decided to pass...

or im also thinking id go back 21 years before that and make sure the hospital staff didnt bundle the birth delivery and have him born with mental and physical disabilities to start life with...

I think I'd want to use it to become an older guardian angel type to my younger self and offer some sage advice, perhaps tweaking my timeline slightly without altering it too much and risk the effects of creating a time paradox.
