    Most Popular NFL Teams

    Where does yours fall?

    http://www.harrisinteractive.com/har...ex.asp?PID=811

My team the Redskins is #12 on the list but #1 in your hearts. The last time I checked they were still ranked the most valuable sports franchise (yes more valuable than the N.Y. Yankees).

Interesting to see how many fair weather fans there are. The Colts jump from #27 in 1999 to #2 in 2007....how is that possible?

I am not a pro sports fan, any sport. I guess I pull for the Saints some and the Astros alittle, but not really into it. I do like tradition and history, so I guess I like the old teams such as GB, Chicago, Wash. I have always disliked the Cowboys, going back to the Cowboys/Steelers era of the 70's.

I will watch the Superbowl, game seven of the NBA Finals and World Series, but I am a college fan through and through. College baseball is bigger in Baton Rouge than any other city thanks to Skip Bertman. College football here is also deep in tradition, going back over 100 years.

I like to hear some of the stories of how the great politicians here in Baton Rouge help make LSU football. Gov Long threatening the railroads of a higher tax unless they give LSU students $4 round trip tickets to go see LSU vs Ole Miss or only being alotted enough money to build dorms instead of a football stadium, so he makes the dorms in the shape of a stadium, and to this day there are old dorm rooms built in the side of Tiger Stadium.

Yes!!! I am a die hard Raiders fan. I just admitted it. They are #11 and were way more popular in the Super Bowl year when they lost. But I will stick with them and Daunte Culpepper will lead us to the promised land....just as long as Josh (worthless) McCown stays on the bench!!!

I do respect Green Bay Packer fans...at least they're consistently at the top and they are rabid.

I know on the rare occassion that I bid on an old Redskins program and it happens to be against the Packers, there will always be a Packers fan willing to spend top dollar on it.

The Cowboys seem to be one of those bandwagon teams from the 1970's. That was their decade and everyone seemed to jump on the bandwagon.

Even here in Washington where the Cowboys and Redskins are arch rivals, a lot of kids jumped on the Cowboys bandwagon. But they stuck with them all throughout the years even the bad years when Aikmen started and then right after he left.

It is amazing how many Cowboys fans there are in the area here among people around my age who grew up here.

Yeah the Cowboys were really big here in Miami during there Superbowl run in the 90's but then again so were the 49ers.Miami fans are probably the worst out there,as soon as you stop winning they jump on another team, fans here were the ones that drove Marino to retire a year or 2 earlier then he should've

I have seriously considered licensing and designing a fair weathered fan jacket.

Basically a black football Starter brand type jacket with embroidered patches of all of the NFL teams. The patches would be made of velcro and that way you could just swap them out depending on what bandwagon you're going to jump on that particular year. No need to purchase multiple jackets.

The idea came to me when I saw my ex-brother in law jump from being a Broncos fan to a Pats fan to a Colts fan. When I called him a fair weathered fan he said he followed certain players and not necessarily teams....ironic that they were all winning teams when he liked them. It's always easy to follow a team that is a winner.

It's like my younger brother and oldest sister,my brother never watched football but his favorites teams were the Cowboys and the 49ers( which is plain stupid since these teams are in the same division and huge rivals) then my sister always with the Cowboys when they were winning..Hmmmm.. guess what was their favorite Basketball team? The Bulls

You mean same conference? The Cowboys are in the NFC East and the 49'ers are in the NFC West.

You might be thinking back to the 80's when the Cowboys and Niners were battling it out in the playoffs just about every year.
