Not in any particular order, except for the first seven. Since I'm in my late 30's, I mostly like the old stuff. DC, some Marvel, Hanna Barbera, Filmation etc etc. Since there are so many, I had to put some of them into groups to keep it in the top 20:

Fred, Daphne, and Velma in them. NO SCRAPPY!)
2: SuperFriends (Every Episode of Every Series from 1973 to 1985)
1: The New Adventures of Batman Filmation 1977
My number one was not only my first ever exposure to Batman, but any kind of
Super Hero or comic book at the age of 5 and turned me into the super geek I am today. Number two was because of number one. Batman and Robin were the reasons I became a SuperFriends fan. And the rest is history.
No particular order, but I will section it according to stuff I loved as a kid and stuff I like now. I'm pretty sure I couldn't sit through the stuff on my kid list now, but I have some very fond memories of knocking people down to get in front of the Tube when they aired.
As a kid:
1) Scooby-Doo (my first favorite!!!)
2) Groovy Goolies
3) Super Friends
4) Rocky and Bullwinkle
5) Mr. Magoo
6) Star Trek
7) Battle of the Planets
8) Hong Kong Phooey
9) Jabberjaw
10) Fat Albert
Stuff I liked as kid and I know I still like:
11) Fleischer Superman
12) Looney Tunes
13) Tom and Jerry
14) Johnny Quest
15) Schoolhouse Rock (Does that qualify?)
As an adult:
16) Batman: The Animated Series
17) Superman: The Animated Series
18) Justice League/ JLU
19) Futurama
20) South Park
I could bump any number of the ones listed as "as a kid" to add Batman: The Brave and the Bold, but I wanted to make a list that represented what I liked over the years.
1-Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends
2-Superfriends (Especially Challenge)
3-Spider-Man (60's)
4-Filmation Batman (60's)

It wasn't fair to only ask for 20. I have more cartoons that I really like that didn't make my list, like Fat Albert, Underdog, Popeye, Looney Tunes and more.

'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
