    Hitting the Ore Ida products really hard--

    Freezer is currently full of extra crispy tater tots, steak fries and hash browns... Been eating Ore Ida product at least twice a day now. The quality is absolutely top shelf and my dad has been coming up with some pretty damn amazing ways to prepare them. We're hittin' it hard... My favorite being this morning, when we had Ore Ida hash browns with king crab omelets... Lobster cream sauce on the hash browns... Yum!!!

      Sandy,
      I've done the same thing but with Salmon omelets.
      My partner made some good chipotle cream sauce to poor over the Hash. Very good indeed.

      Now do a tater tot casserole.

          it's really important to hit the things that matter, really hard in life. Ore Ida products matter... I try not to do anything in my life, halfway. You need to concentrate and focus to be the best and DO the best you can in everything in life. This, in my humble opinion is what separates the truly successful people from the failures. It's hard to really quantify, but when I get passionate about something, whether it's a movie I'm making or tater tots, it's hard not to try and get everyone around me fired up about it.

          These products from Ore Ida are something very special, that I'm trying to share with you all. If you haven't had them, by all means, give them a try. They are excellent. Feel free to PM me or the general for great recipes and ideas for these incredible potato products. A HUGE shout out on this, goes to Dave, who really has been so amazing in turning me on to so many tantalizing foods.

            We're big fans of the Crispy Crowns and the Fast Food Style Fries.

            Tossing the fries with grapeseed oil and minced garlic is a favorite fry prep for us.

                  Maybe when Hunter Prey hits it hard we will start seeing Sandy on tv doing Ore Ida commercials!?
                  I will be tasting those Ore Ida hash browns with king crab omelets made by Pappa Collora one of these days first hand!

                          Tonight's menu;

                          Fresh speared, hash brown encrusted halibut, with ancho chili pepper sauce. Topped off with a glass of 96 Robert Mondavi California chardonnay...

                            I prefer making my own french fries from scratch...they are so much tastier.

                            I like them with the skin on...and cook them in olive oil...and once done, I immediately sprinkle some sea salt, black pepper. Add ketchup and Cholula hot sauce to taste if you wish (like I do)...

                            Having said that...Ore Ida tater tots and hash browns are great...it takes all the work outta them...and delicious...
