Help! Ipod Classic, Ipod Video, whats the difference?

I'm buying a Apple ipod for my daughter's birthday. I guess she wants it to be able to play down loaded movies. Looking at the specs for Ipod 80gb Classic & Ipod 80gb video. Can anyone tell what the difference is? They both seem able to play video. Have I got that right?

I have the 80 gig classic.
The only bad thing IO can say about mine is sometimes the HArd Drive will get corrupt, and I have to reset it to factory default.

The new Ipods I believe run off flash memory so that will probably be a issue of the past.

All in all I love my Ipod, its great on long runs, or if your stuck in the airport.

The classic is awesome if you want to load movies into it,if not just go with the shuffle or something.I have the classic and love it,I got a bunch of movies like Star Wars and episodes of Star Trek.It's worth it man
