OK, so I got hooked on Corner Gas when it went to WGN. I then sought out Robson Arms, which is pretty good, and am currently loving Trailer Park Boys. Anyone care to recommend other Canadian comedies that can match these three? Thanks.

Can't go wrong with the old red green stuff either...LOL
It's alot tamer than the park boys though.
Don't forget about the beachcombers.
Heres a great site you can look up by decade or genre.

i must agree. the first time i saw the show I fell in love with the characters. Ricky is great. Julian is an increidble straight man and Bubbles, well if you don't like bubbles you can just "f*** right off".
Man I love that show!Comment

Very astute observation of the three main characters, my Arkansas Neighbor!
The supporting cast is also the best ever!!! Lahey with his sh8t-isms, shirtless Randy who takes of his pants for a fight, J-Roc.....

I'm quite a fan of Twitch City.

I also enjoy Slings and Arrows a great deal.

and This is Wonderland. (which has elements of black comedy amidst the law drama)

Has anyone seen the new Kids in the Hall series yet?
I've heard mixed reviews, but I'll be checking it out anyways.Comment

Haven't seen the new version, but...the original was my first instance of realizing that Canadians can crank out the funny. I figured out, at a very young age, that the Brits had it all over the US when it came to comedy, but Kids In the Hall made me very aware that the Canadians have a wicked sense of humour (the "u" is intentional) and if I was ranking comedies, based on what I've seen, I'd put the US in third behind the UK and Canada in comic originality.Comment

The funniest thing I've seen in a long time was when Bubbles was stealing shopping carts. Bubbles shoves a cart down a hill, "Look at that - that cart is in the Public Domain. Anybody can just go and claim it."
and, of course
"Everybody just calm down!" I've started using that at work, along with, "Look a s*** apple. It must've just fallen from the s*** tree."Comment

Oh yeah here's another great TPB's moment... Ricky and the "You know Jim.." bit... that was crazy funny.Comment
