Put me in the Kirby-drawn camp as well.

I also dig George Perez's women. Starfire and Donna Troy especially.

For cartoons though, the Filmation Batgirl was petty sexy. SF Wonder Woman looked that way sometimes, if she was drawn on model. Toth knew how to draw the ladies (see his Black Canary). And of course most of the gals on BTAS, STAS and JLU were quite nicely drawn. I especially like the JLU Zatanna and Black Canary designs. The original gray-suited BTAS Catwoman design was particularly nice.

For Disney, Ariel hands down. Red head and sea shells wins everytime.

Since this thread was asking for females: Lara Croft and Jessica Rabbit. But since I'm a girl I'll say from my point of view: The Punisher.

Even my wife, who is not a gamer and does not care for cartoons, says Lara Croft. She thinks Angelina Jolie dressed at Lara (even though not animated) is the hottest thing she ever seen in movies.

I definitely have to go with Vampirella on this one. In the old Warren mags in the 80s she was frequently featured nude, and that sleek bod and long dark hair have been my favorite female attributes ever since... just ask my (soon-to-be) wife!!
