    Family Portrait

Earlier in the summer (actually late spring), I took the family to Panama City to see my brother and take the first family portrait. It finally came yesterday after 13 weeks. Man, is this guy an artist. The pier behind us had alot of people on it , lightpost along the railing, the sand was full of trash (sticks, leaves, etc), and the sky was black because this was one of the last poses we took, we started at 6 pm. Our clothes were all wrinkled, hair a mess. When we saw the before proofs the next day, he recommended this shot and we were not too sure but he assured us it was the best. My wife's face is actually off another shot of the exact same pose, because she liked her smile better in that one but Morgan, the baby, had a better expression in this one.

This portrait is 24" x 30" framed on canvas with brush strokes, guaranteed against fading and water damage.

Of course, he didn't have to do anything to me because I am so good looking!!!

Thanks to Ebay for paying for this portrait and the package of regular prints, this was no Sears Portrait Studio.

Its a photograph but it has 3-D brush strokes in the picture to simulate a painting. If the picture is tilted to the side, the strokes reflect like a painting.

megoat that is a classic picture.
All though I have seen that picture about three years ago on comedy websites. It did make a nice laugh for some people on here. I wonder who those people are with the big hair. I wonder if they know their picture has been all over the internet for the last three or four years being laughed at.

I assume the hair on all 3 is doctored. My wife was still laughing about that picture this morning. It was so damn funny when I first saw it.

                            I don't think so Ian.
Believe it or not. In this town there is a guy named Duane that teachers guitar for a living and wears his hair like that to this day. We were wearing our hair like that in the 80s as metal fashion trend by that died out in the early 90s. Duane the guitar teacher guy is in his mid forties and no one seems to have the heart to tell him that his hair is out of touch.

There are a lot of people who still enjoy the mullett. I saw many of them when I was in West Virginia at megomeet. I didn't have the heart to tell them that it was 2007.
