Summer Vacation plans?

Anyone made any summer vacation plans yet?

We have! My wife, daughter and I are going to DisneyWorld in early August for a week.
We will also spend a weekend in July at Seaworld in San Antonio and on the riverwalk there.
I'll be flying to Tennessee to help a friend on his re-election campaign this summer. I'm super excited about that. He is a state Senator and I think just watching the whole process will be thrilling!

I get to work while my wife and kids go away for two weeks. I'll be spending my evenings with Al, our contractor as he rips apart my house yet again.

As I don't work in the public school system, I will be working throughout the summer. No plans to go anywhere as I'm taking a cruise this November, so I'm saving for that.

We've already had our big vacation trip over the past month, so we'll probably just spend the summer hanging out around the house. We might head to Florida, but that won't be until the end of year like most Canadians do.

I'm gonna be working and when I'm not I'll be spending time at the pool. Aww Yeah!

Gotta play Mr. Mom for a few days in June while the wife is out of town.

In July, I'm doing the annual camping trip to Wisconsin with the Boy's and Girl's Club that I run with my friend. That's followed by a week with the wife and daughter at my parents' summer home on Lake Michigan.

I'm aiming for a vacation to upstate NY in August. I'd like to try to go to the Bouckville Antique Show.

We will probably spend our summer vacation time in balcon-ville(backyard) as we bought a new pool and we like to party in private.

My two weeks are in August... will be spending 4 days at Star Wars Celebration V, and the rest of the time... resting

Can't get to the MegoMeet, so I'm hoping to go to Mexico(a fairly safe part of Mexico, that is) later in the summer. Maybe I can cruise some Mexican garage sales for Lili Ledys?

Cool, John. That is one thing that I've always wanted to see in person. I would love to see some photos when you get back from it.

Not to be a downer, but they've announced furloughs this year at my work, so we are not making any plans. Short day trips only, but we are fortunate that we can drive to the beach, etc.

I took my vacation in Jamaica over new years week so no trip this summer. plan on sitting by the pool side in my backyard with a cold beer in hand and tunes blasting.....just hoping for good weather to be able to do that

Summer is the HVAC busy season, and hurricane season, so vacation waits until December. Then it's off to Valladolid in the Yucatan again.
