The TV is projecting light onto him... But the lights are on and the windows are open during the day and thus it's bright inside already. No TV would make his legs glow unless the lights were dim and it was a dark room.
"I should say I`m very much cleverer than any of the people who put me here. As a matter of fact, I could leave any time I wanted. It`s only a doll`s house after all. Anyway, I don`t mind. I like dolls" - The Mad Hatter, Arkham Asylum.
The curtain rails are at different heights. Edit - the curtain rails are the same height - the window frames aren't.
The perspective of the items in the foreground looks wrong, especially the table. Somehow it just looks too big?

going along with the record on the r2r, it looks like there is a reel of tape on what is probably a record player.
I suppose some of these things would be easier to see if I was holding the album artwork at full size in my hands. One of the things I miss greatly about LPs. I sure did like BIG artwork and gatefold sleeves. sigh. You just can't get that kind of feeling from a cd case. I suppose now that everything is a download, the artwork is only limited by your monitor size and the native resolution.
Actually I think the entire legs have been swapped. Look at how the knee bends and the pantline on his "left" leg. It looks more like the outside seam than an inside seam to me.
