Totally agree with you on that. I think In&Out's fries suck.
They taste cold and greasy to me every time I've got them. I swear they are cold before I get to the table and sit down...EVERY time.

I sometimes get a Double Double from In N Out...then drive to McDonald's...and get their fries...

Ok... so you say it's that good Sandy? I can dig that, your West coast so I have trepidation. Lepage, AKA Peaty Earthy, says it's good and he's straight up East coast transplant to the dirty South like me. Jason says it's good, and though he's a 7 foot tall mutant that could probably eat a small horse, he's Midwest born and bred. I guess I gotta try it now, I loves me some Sonic so I can't really go wrong I s'pose...

Duly noted, Rich. Try this then;

Get you some frozen Jalepeno Poppers from the grocery store. Make sure you get the ones with the cheddar cheese filling and NOT the ones with the cream cheese filling. Bake them up in your oven at home, and either put them on the fast food burger of your choice, or cook up your own and have at the cheesy, jalapeno goodness!!! Don't forget to drip some of that cheese on your shirt... The general says that's a big hit with the ladies.

Go to Jack in the Box and order the burger of your choice, then get a 3 pc order of Jalepeno Poppers. Put the poppers on the burger and eat! Not quite Sonic's, but quite good. Works in a pinch.

Besides...filet mignon is sooooooo overrated (very tender but lacks the marbelization for that truly awesome taste)...and overpriced too.

Nothing beats either a rib-eye...or a porterhouse steak...nothing.

Now...if they are from Kobe beef...then it's like eating directly from God's table...
