i was at target the other day and was shocked to see the new bionic woman series on dvd- the complete first season......didnt realize it was that good?!!?!?!

Supposedly it's coming back after the Super Bowl with a big retooled "premiere"...providing of course that the writer's strike doesn't derail it.

I'm still watching it every week but it's like "Ennnh....nothing else is on anyway, better than nothing!"

This article appeared in the last issue of TV Guide. I can't help but agree that Katie Sackoff is the best part of this show, but I don't think it's Michelle Ryan's fault. Sackoff, and her character, are scene stealers. I read an interview with Sackoff in Geek magazine and she said she's going to be added as a cast regular, provided the show is picked up for a second season.

The Progamming Insider categorized Bionic Woman today as "fading fast" in his daily ratings report. Blurb:

"But NBC’s Bionic Woman continues to lose steam, with a series-low 6.0/10. Particularly negative for Bionic Woman was a loss of 10 percent in the second half hour (6.3/10 to 5.7/ 9). In just three weeks, Bionic Woman has declined by 35 percent in the overnights."

It's slowly getting better....slowly. But hey, it's keeping the timeslot warm for me until Lost comes back in February. I'm hearing they may switch back to 9:00.

Ok, so I had dismissed the show but turns out, the wife got hooked by watching the first few episodes with me! I was downstairs tonight when it started and ended up watching the whole thing with her... I gotta say, tonight's episode was the best I've seen thus far and I am looking forward to next Wed. Who knew?!
