Incredible story about an attempted murder/rape

I was looking at the IMDB page of the remake of Last House On The Left. On a thread talking about the believability of one of the characters surviving an attack someone posted this:

It made me read almost the whole thing for the better part of an hour. It's a tough read sometimes (and NSFW) but you won't believe what was done to this lady and the fact she survived.

violent/sexual nature and triumph of the human spirit in horrid
adverse conditions has got to have something to glean from it.
