Happy Germans

At work a couple years ago we bought a 22axis Gildemeister machine.It is beyond our repair crew to maintain so this week we had the machine builders in to work on it.They are so happy and friendly, every day shaking hands in the morning and being very helpful.We've had other service techs in before from other companies but none compared to these 3 guys.They talk about riding their bicycles to work,drinking beer is okay on the job,so at lunch we have gone out each day to keep them feeling at home Could you imagine having a job that is was okay to have a beer or 2 while at work.

Sounds like a dream. Too much liability in America for us to get away with that sort of thing over here, though!
