I remember the one where he's crawling on the floor and said how the air is better closer to the floor when there's smoke. That's the first time I heard that and remembered it.

Yes, I definitely remember those public service announcements as a kid. Nice way to scare the crap out of me as a kid by telling me the tree will go up in smoke faster than you can say ho, ho, ho.
