But it was thanks to the evil ***** Llithyia...the Roman guests were trapped...she couldv'e summoned a whole load of soldiers...but she didn't...it was payback time for what both Batiatus and Lucretia did to her.

That oily snake Ashur is a good character...we''l get to see him again next season...then gladly see him get killed.

Also Varro's widow...slaughtering that young punkass kid (like Damien said)...another well deserved kill...

There might be a possibility of seeing both Batiatus and Lucretia again...since the next season might be a prequel to Spartacus' days.

Crixus was hardcore in this season finale. Stellar performances all around. I gotta admit, I wasn't holding out too much hope for this series after watching the first episode, but WOW did this show deliver the goods afterwards.

Last night's finale was all sorts of awesome. Lots of stuff came to a head, and I'm chomping at the bit for next season (get well ASAP, Whitfield!!!). Read Hector's first post - he nailed it!
