Calling her a ***** is probably the least offensive thing i would call her. I don't give a flip if this kid ran around telling everyone he was going to kill them. He is freakin 7 years old. He already has abandonment issues and now you a legal adult put a child on a plane cause you messed up. So sorry life doesn't work that way, he wasn't a DVD player that didn't work. When she took that child she accepted the responsibility of his life. Nothing short of some sort of charge of endangering a life should happen. When i heard about this i was sick to my stomach to hear the details. When it comes down to it in my opinion is she is an adult and even if he was the spawn of Satan she was responsible for him and it was her job to find out how to ensure the boys safety. And how do we know she isn't a liar? Since she has proven herself to be a fine mother "please note sarcasm there" maybe she just decided she made a mistake. I know this much and that putting him on that plane was the last thing she should have done.

Yes, it is uncalled for. I'm surprised it even gets through the swear filter.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

This woman is really messed up for doing that to the little boy! She should grow a pair and discipline HER child like we got when we were kids. Its all too PC anymore. People don't take charge and these kids go crazy these days but don't abandon them, Love them. GEEZ!!!

I am sure more details will come out on this. there is no doubt the woman badly mishandled this and the poor kid is the one who ultimately suffers. I realize the child may have major emotional issues but there are doctors who specialize working with these type children, and teachers too. I kow because my wife used to teach emotionally disturbed children. this kid needs love and stability, not more abandonment.

Why would the word ***** be filtered?

It's a female dog...and all the dog show announcers on TV say it all the time.

Yes, it's proper in context when used with describing dogs.

We all make jokes in bad taste. I make jokes in bad taste. This is different. When used as a slur towards women it can be seen as the gender equivalent of the "N word." Lots of words are blocked by the swear filter because of the negative context they can be used in. Like I said, I'm always surprised this one isn't.

This is one of those agree to disagree things I guess.

I have absolutely no opinion on this adoption matter whatsoever...I simply pointed out that the word ***** should not be filtered...that's all...
