BTW, what Super Friends shirt do you have?

I made it last night from the Super Friends pic that someone posted in the Comic book section under "Comic Books for Kids". It's the Wendy and Marvin version. I just put a rainbow border on it and presto! It came out really nice.

Well, I gotta say Wondercon was fun, but man, it was TWICE as crowded as it was last year! I mean, I heard someone MOO b/c it was like a cattle drive! I did see celebs, but it was hard to take photos or talk w/ them for long b/c of the tightness of the crowds. I got autographs from Lou Ferrigno, Lindsay Wagner (I brought one of my BW comics for her to sign) and Marina Sirtis. I also talked to and bought a necklace from Suzie Plakson.
Jess and the boys were a hit! But this time, since they were a family of apes practically everyone wanted to take their picture! The boys were incredibly good sports about it (ages 5 and 11), and posed graciously. Since Jess had the digital camera, she'll have to post the pics.

In 2 weeks, I get to do it again in Anaheim!

it was great meeting you hardy girl! funny how i noticed this lady standing next to me at lou ferrigno's table that looked just like hardygirl! lol i didnt see jess or her kids tho. i was a bit turned off by lou. sadly, he's all about $$$ than meeting his fans. i introduced my 7 yr old to him who has seen all the incredible hulk shows already and was excited to meet him, and all lou can say was $25 for an autograph. no "hello, nice to meet you," or hi, my name is lou what's yours." he was even charging $35 if you wanted to have a photo op with him using your own camera. total turnoff.
